These well know comedy actors already have a fan base of comedy watchers who are certainly a target audience for this film. |
This poster shows a stereotypical looking criminal/thug (Leather Jacket, Tattoos and a toothpick in mouth) in the front and three men at the back who look like average men that most probably would wouldn’t be getting in to crime (especially murder) the three men look slightly startled but clearly insistent on killing their bosses. This in itself lets the audience know that the movie will be Comedy/Crime. Crime because of the criminal in the front (Jamie Fox) and Comedy because of the three men who look like they don’t know the last think about committing such a big crime but will be killing their bosses (which makes the audience assume it will be a funny journey in which the make many obvious mistakes.)
